Sena Kean Manor provides 24 hour access to health care professionals and
enhanced support while providing residents with care and personal assistance.

Physical Therapy
Physical therapy programming includes strengthening and retraining to allow individuals to gain more independence with transfers, walking, use of prosthetics and mobility. Physical therapy can help reduce an individual’s risk of falls and increase safety upon discharge. Rehabilitation services are provided by RehabCare.

Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy focuses on an individual’s independence with managing activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing and eating. RehabCare provides these services at Sena Kean Manor.

Speech Therapy
Therapy starts with the evaluation of an individual’s understanding and use of language, speech production, voice and swallowing ability.  Evaluation is completed by the licensed professionals of RehabCare.

Skilled Nursing Care
Individuals in need of skilled nursing care come to our facility for short-term rehabilitation following an illness, injury or surgery, or they may choose to make Sena Kean Manor their home. This level of care requires daily involvement of skilled nursing or rehabilitation staff. Examples of skilled nursing facility care include IV therapy, tube feeding, multiple injections (antibiotics, pain control), wound care, oxygen therapy, diabetes management, terminal care, urological care. 
Our skilled nursing staff also offers individual and family education (new medications, nutritional education related to medical conditions and or a new onset of diabetes, COPD or other long-term illness).
